New contact-less visitor area now open. We are delighted to announce that we are able to resume in store visits. The new area features perspex windows to allow us to easily and safely communicate with customers and allow customers to see most of our dry goods available. All live stock is for sale but due to space restrictions the livestock room is currently off limits. We can instead show you any livestock from behind one of the perspex viewing windows.
We will be allowing visitors inside the livestock room from July 1st under strict new safety rules please see below for details.

please do not visit of your feeling unwell or think you have been in contact with anyone who may have COVID-19 or symptoms.
We will not be accepting cash during this time all payments can be made on our contact less card machine or we can send a payment link to your phone or you may pay in advance on our website and collect in store.
Only one group of up to four people from the same household may enter the store at any one time.
If you need to wait outside please maintain social distancing from others.
Everyone entering must use the had gel provided or if they are allergic we will happily provide gloves.
You will see a green or red light by the front door, if it is green please come in, if it is red please wait outside as some one is being served.
We can not help lift any items so please make sure you have someone who can help if needed.
When we are bringing items to you via our screen door we will ask that you stand at least 2 meters away from us during this time.
Do not enter the staff only screen door or allow children to enter or open the door.
All staff will be wearing gloves and a face covering/mask if needed to help protect customers we highly encourage customers to also wear these.
New rules for accessing the livestock room from June 23rd:
If the red light is on at the door please continue to wait outside until it turns green as this means someone is being served.
anyone wishing to enter must have permission from a staff member to ensure all staff are out of the room.
No staff can be in the room at the same time as customers.
all customers must wear a face mask and gloves before entering the livestock room.
We kindly ask all customers not to touch the terrariums or aquariums and limit contact with all surfaces as much as possible.
All staff can only serve customers once they have exited the livestock room and returned to the visitor area.
